Associate Consultant

Fran Reddan is an experienced education leader, strategist and executive coach who partners with senior leaders and boards to build the leadership strength needed to turn strategy into sustained impact. A former Principal of a leading independent girl’s school, with more than three decades of leadership experience, she is recognised internationally for driving transformative change in complex educational settings, grounded in a deep understanding of governance, culture and human dynamics.

As an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, Fran brings rigour, insight and a practical edge to her work with Heads, executive teams and boards. She knows that strategic ambition means little unless leaders have the capability and relational capital to drive and sustain change. Through tailored coaching, she helps leaders navigate complexity, align people with strategic priorities and leverage culture as a competitive advantage.

Bilingual in English and French and skilled in communication, Fran brings a nuanced cultural perspective to her work with schools and organisations. Her coaching and consultancy span education, ed-tech, environmental conservation and for-purpose sectors, developing high-performing leaders and future-ready teams. This cross-sector perspective enriches her work with schools, offering leaders fresh insights and practical strategies drawn from a broad leadership landscape.

Fran’s work complements the 5Rs Partnership’s strategic and reputation expertise by ensuring that institutional ambition is matched with the leadership capacity required to achieve and sustain it.
