Campus Feasibility
The 5Rs Partnership works closely with educational institutions to analyse expansion opportunities and feasibility for new campuses internationally. Our past clients in this area include universities, private colleges, government agencies, and international schools in many countries.
Our work in the area of campus feasibility studies to-date include quantitative modelling of the prospective demand and enrolment estimates for new campuses in particular geographic catchments. Such analysis draws on a variety of data sources on population and demographic trends, labour market and economic conditions, competitor analysis, and school and post-school destinations.
Internationally, we support education expansion decisions by undertaking in depth market assessments with quantitative analysis being supported by in-country primary research on regulatory, cultural and socio-economic conditions that impact directly on return on investment in new campus offerings.
Where appropriate, we are able to assess and offer solutions to the staging of campus developments, the identification of local partners, and the assessment of community support.
We strive to provide institutions with rigorous data-driven recommendations on the likely success of new campus investments and to feed into more detailed business cases and applications for government funding.
