KATHRYN GORMAN JOINS 5RS PARTNERSHIP UK

The 5Rs Partnership is delighted to announce the appointment of Mrs Kathryn Gorman as we increase focus on UK independent schools to build reputation at this challenging time.

Until 2024, Kathryn has been a highly successful Head of a prestigious girls only independent school near London. For the past 25 years she has been based in the UK working in diverse school leadership roles across the maintained and independent sectors, and prior to that gained international school experience in Japan. Kathryn’s academic credentials include a Master’s in Education Leadership and School Improvement from Cambridge University, and a 1st Class BA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Birmingham. Her current professional portfolio also includes member of the ISC (Independent Schools’ Council of England) SEND Committee.

Based near London, Mrs Gorman brings exceptional expertise in key areas of education leadership and management:
